What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

How do sizes run?


I just placed an order, when will it ship?

  • We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-7 days.
  • Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business please contact us using the CONTACT US tab at the top of the page. 


I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

  • We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 10 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
  • Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.


Can I cancel my order?

  • Because all of our items are handmade to order, we only allow cancellations up to 12 hours after your order is placed. If your item has already shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.


How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping times vary based on your state. We are located in South Louisiana. If you need your order expedited please contact us.  

I think my package is lost what do I do?

  • We are so sorry! The USPS is typically pretty good, but sometimes mistakes happen! If your package hasn't arrived, please wait 48 hours, usually packages arrive. You can also call your local post office (not the 800 number) and they will be able to help you track it. We do not refund or pay for reshipping costs for international packages.
  • If your packages is lost in the mail for 14 business days, we will replace the package, but you must let us know within 30 days. Otherwise, we will not be able to replace your package.


We cannot replace packages due to the wrong address, so please make sure your address is correct at checkout.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local post office and your neighbors. If you are still unable to locate it, we will require a new address to reship your order.
